This is a busy time of year for everyone. I tried to take December off but someone called and asked for help and I couldn’t say no. I’m thankful for my passionate team! The Elmira house, garage & shed are very full and we need to do this sale in stages.

Today we collected donations at the checkout table for the family that suffered a house fire in Lawrenceville on Friday (11/21). We will be collecting donations again tomorrow. Thank you to everyone who donated today!

OH MY! ESTATE SALE at 94 WILLOW CIRCLE, PAINTED POST - TAKE MEADS CREEK RD TO TAFT ROAD TO HIDDEN FOREST HOMES

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22 – 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 23 – 8:30 am to 12:00 pm

The single wide trailer and shed were packed. We did our best by organizing and using every inch of space in the trailer but to properly display everything we need to move items outdoors. The rain & wind weather forecast have not been our friend, it’s a moving target but this is the plan and we’re sticking to it! For safety reasons we will put up tables and maybe tents on Saturday at 8am, fill them and begin our sale at 10am. The later start allows some of you to go hunting and still get to the sale and some of you to sleep in and still get to the sale. Either way we hope to see you!
We will open at 10:00 on Saturday and 8:30 on Sunday and we will let folks in, in an organized manner. Only 15 people will be in the trailer at one time. Anyone can shop the tables outside. Safety is paramount!
No instructions, just come and shop.
There will be Hold/Tally and Check Out outside
Park in the office lot across from the mailboxes but please do not block the mailboxes and walk a short distance and you will find us.

Please be cautious of pedestrian and vehicle traffic
