MASSIVE MOVING SALE at OMNI EQUESTRIAN CENTER at 627 COLEMAN AVE, ELMIRA

This sale is in preparation of our client downsizing, moving and exiting their operational horse boarding and teaching business. Therefore please be respectful of the Do Not Enter signs posted as they are still living in the house and barn Here’s a rare opportunity to shop for horse treasurers in the lower barn, riding arena and lounge; furniture and items to re-purpose in the upper barn; tools, oils, solvents, paint, do-dads inside the garage; useful household gems on the front porch and inside the house and horse / farm equipment, lumber, ladders, magnificent crown molding outside at this sale. Additionally the entire property with almost 90 acres will be listed for sale in early November. Owners will be on site and are happy to talk with you when you come to the sale. This is a once in a lifetime sale and we would love to see you!
We will open at 9:00 and let folks in, in an organized manner. Safety is paramount!
We will have 6 separate lines;
One for garage; some things are priced but most are not so make your deal!
One for lower barn barn; HORSE items and everything is priced
One for upper barn; items in the front of the barn are priced but items in the back of the barn are not priced so make your deal! NOTE: we are limiting entry in the back of the barn because of the hay drop doors. There will be safety cones marking them but you must sign a waiver to enter this area and use caution
One for riding arena; jumps and jump cups; everything is priced
One for lounge (attached to the riding arena); everything is priced
One for house & front porch; everything is priced
There will be ONE LARGE Hold/Tally and Check Out area in front of the barn
Parking is at your own risk. You can park on the shoulders of Coleman, it’s a busy road and around the barn and riding arena. Please be responsible and respectful of the property.
