First of all, we would like to apologize to all of our viewers for the audio problems we experienced tonight. At the beginning of the live stream, we had no issues, at all. Within 10 minutes into pregame, we lost audio connection. In scrambling to find the source, we were knocked off air. We were back online by the National Anthem and thought all was ok. However, many started to message about a 'humming / buzzing" noise. We did not hear it at first, then it arrived. Kevin spent almost the entire first set trying to locate the problem.

Many wrote to mention you were thankful to even be able to view the game. AND for that, we are grateful. As time progressed, the noise lessened.

A couple of you wrote stating the noise was 'harsh', 'difficult', or why we could not 'get it together'. For that, we are sorry; however, as one viewer mentioned - 'we kept grinding and never gave up'.

It is difficult to explain to so many how much we take pride in these productions. We pay IHSAA Tournament Fees to bring these productions to you who cannot attend, for athletes / coaches / parents and family to be able to rewatch, etc. Therefore, we do not take issues like this likely.

What we CAN guarantee you all is that we are already working behind the scenes at home as well as Wednesday to ensure we are ready for night 2 on Thursday.

Secondly, isn’t it interesting that in the midst of our struggles we found a shining light. As we searched for the source of our problem we discovered a blessing. Addy Walton carried the live stream. She jumped right in doing play-by-play without missing a beat. She knew want had to be done and did it. In other words this high school sophomore member of our Miner Broadcasting Club carried us tonight. Who knew in the midst of our struggles we would discover such a talent. Thank You Addy for being a member of our Miner Broadcasting Club and for turning a struggle into a blessing!

Thankful to have hosted the Linton Miner Volleyball Team tonight ahead of this week’s sectionals. Hated to be missing a few due to parent/teacher conferences and other obligations.

But lots of food, fellowship, and ended the night with a fierce round of Candyland with Mattie and Georgia.
