I didn’t create the Still Me Journal because I know exactly what it feels like to fight cancer.

I created it because I’ve sat beside women I love—watched their strength, their silence, their spirit.

I saw how easy it is to lose your sense of self in hospital rooms, in appointments, in the fog of fatigue.

This journal was made to hold space for you.

💬 Prompts that help you speak what’s hard to say.
💗 Space to feel—not fix.

Because even now… you’re still whole. You’re still powerful. You’re still you.

Cancer may have touched your body, but it doesn’t get to take your identity.

You are still smart.
Still beautiful.
Still brave.
Still you.

I created the Still Me Journal to help women like you reconnect with who you are, even in the middle of treatment and uncertainty.
Every page is a space to breathe, reflect, feel, and remember yourself.

If you or someone you love is walking this road, I hope this journal gives them what the world so often forgets to offer: space to still feel like themselves.

Okay, ya’ll. So I just completed Meshia Nicole's 6 week Design & You Academy. Can I just say I’m feeling pretty proud of myself?! I went into this with NO design experience. Just been out here winging it designing my journals and art for the past couple of years. Now? Now I know about designing with a purpose. I know about hierarchy, spacing, alignment, font pairings and I could keep going. She taught us the basics of design and pushed us wayyy beyond our comfort levels. You want me to design a logo for a pizza company? Huh? A flyer? A WEBSITE BANNER!? Well sis, with her guidance and expertise I was able to complete all of that and more. Not bad for a beginner, right?!

Sooo, I just realized I never FORMALLY introduced myself to y’all—just picked up where outta nowhere and threw a video on y'all and dipped. My bad! I told y’all I’m getting back into the groove of things. 😅

I’m Nakia, the creator behind DigiSoul Design Studios—where self-care meets creativity! 💜✨ If you’re a stationery girl with a love for healing, a positive mindset, and all things journals, planners, and affirmations, then you’re in the right place!

Let me take y’all back for a second...

I’ve been journaling for YEARS. But a few years ago, life hit me HARD. My mom was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer, and within months, I lost my aunt—who wasn’t just my aunt, she was my second mom. 💔

Full transparency? Journaling and therapy saved my life during that time. But some days, staring at a blank page, journaling felt impossible. My mind was already exhausted.

Once my mom’s treatment was complete, I wanted to express my deep gratitude to the doctors who cared for her. But when I went searching for the perfect card, I found nothing that truly captured what I felt. That moment planted a seed. 🌱

Fast forward to two years ago, I was introduced to ChatGPT and saw all these beautiful digital art creations of melanated women across the internet—and I instantly fell in love. 🖤✨ Then, I started noticing just how prevalent cancer is everywhere. So many young women bravely sharing their journeys on TikTok & IG... and I wondered:

💭 How can I merge my love for stationery, art, and healing?

And just like that, DigiSoul was born. 💜

I wanted to create prompted journals, planners, and affirmation cards—not just for the cancer community, but for our people navigating healing and mindset shifts. Because I KNOW that some days, you just need a little guidance to help you get your thoughts flowing. Every product I design is made with intention, inspiration, and love. 💜

Now, let me be clear—I’m not a medical professional. 😂 I’m just a woman on a healing journey, using my creativity to help others along the way. And I invite you to come along for the ride.

This isn’t my entire life story (LOL), but it’s a little glimpse into WHY DigiSoul was placed on my heart—and why I’m choosing to follow it.💜✨
