My Story

Ryan Reynolds works as a weekend sports anchor and sports reporter for KLST-TV in San Angelo, Texas. Ryan graduated from Sam Houston State University in December 2018 with a B.A. in Mass Communication and a minor in Marketing. During his time at SHSU, Ryan was involved in a handful of things. He worked at the student newspaper for three years as the publication’s layout editor, sports editor, and editor-in-chief and he also worked closely with the athletic department where he shot highlights, produced videos, and created podcasts. Ryan was selected as the university’s Dan Rather Intern his senior year of college and he worked under the legendary anchorman for the entire Summer 2018 in New York City.

Ryan enjoys mingling with the San Angelo community, telling sports stories through audio, video, and print, playing video games, and reading up on the latest fashion trends. Like his page (@RyanKLST) and follow him on Twitter (@RPRTalks) to stay up-to-date with or chat about current sports.
