I love making these welcome baskets for new homeowners. These baskets include all the things I wish I had in hand when we moved into our new home to get started. This basket included snacks, bottled water, environmentally friendly cleaning supplies, and paper plates, cups, napkins, and cutlery. We even include a stylish sign they can display in their home.

Working on some new ideas. I am putting together New Homeowner baskets.
I recently did this a a gift to be left for the buyers of a home along with a personal letter from the homeowner giving them tips and things that they would need to know about the home like when is trash day, how the security alarm works, the nearest grocery store and great places to grab a quick meal. Buying a home can be stressful, but a small gesture like this can go a long way.
