Little Rock’s Mayor Frank Scott Jr and the city’s Board of Directors what citizens to believe Google‘s new data center is an inevitable and irreversible fact. This psychological ploy is designed to waste the time and energy of any dissenters by forcing them to ask clarifying questions about new regulations instead of how to undo this disaster.
