An arrest has been made in connection with the murder of former Arkansas state senator Linda Collins-Smith. Rebecca Lynn O'Donnell, 48, of Pocahontas is in custody in the case. According to O'Donnell's Facebook profile picture, seen here, the two were friendly. Further details about their relationship or a suspected motive are unknown at this time. Funeral services for Collins-Smith, 57, are planned for Saturday June 15.
