What’s MOBS?

MOBS is ’ Mobility + Stability class. Its intention is to improve the function of your body and to help it recover better from your workouts.

Class begins with foam rolling for self-myofascial release (the fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles), which can also alleviate post-workout soreness.

We continue with deep stretching and conclude with balance exercises.

MOBS with Meg emphasizes muscle recovery with a focus on movements that will help our bodies maintain mobility as we age.
