So some not so good news out of the Jarvis camp.
All day yesterday Taffy, one of our dogs, wasn't acting quite right. Then my wife took the dogs out and when she came back in Taffy went and laid on the pillow for the dogs in the living room, she was there for a minute and then she twitched a little weird and rolled off the pillow and didn't immediately recover from it. We thought she had a seizure, but that's not the case. After getting to the emergency pet hospital and then looking at her, we found out that Taffy was in heart failure. So they started giving her some meds and had to keep her overnight. When we left she was responding to what they were doing pretty well. But she still needed to stay to get more treatment. We were also told that she will be on meds the rest of her life for her heart. But we were also told that most of the time dogs don't live more than a year at max after this type of thing. So right now all of our hearts are really hurt.
