I’m starting an exciting journey to become a Full Stack Developer! This means learning how to build entire applications, from the frontend (what you see and interact with) to the backend (the logic, database, and server that make it work).

Here’s the plan:

1. Frontend Development: Learning how to design and build user interfaces with tools like HTML, CSS, and React.

2. Backend Development: Writing the logic that powers apps using tools like Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.

3. APIs: Connecting the pieces by building APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) that allow different parts of an app to communicate.

4. Deployment: Publishing my projects online for everyone to see and interact with.

My first project? A portfolio chatbot powered by OpenAI, which will showcase my skills and let visitors ask questions about my journey, tech knowledge, and more. This project is already teaching me about APIs, embedding generation, and database integration.

In marketing, a purchase funnel reflects the different stages of customer engagement. A basic purchase funnel includes:

1 - Acquisition involves building awareness and acquiring user interest

2 - Behavior is when users engage with your business

3 - Conversion is when a user becomes a customer and transacts with your business

In the offline world, this process can be hard to measure. But in the online world, we can measure many different aspects of the funnel using digital analytics. We can track what online behavior led to purchases and use that data to make informed decisions about how to reach new and existing customers.

Digital analytics in practice
Think about an online store, such as the Google Merchandise Store. It might have a goal to sell more t-shirts. Using digital analytics, the store could collect and analyze data from their online advertising campaigns to see which ones are most effective and expand those marketing efforts.

This data is compiled into Analytics reports, which you can use to perform in-depth analysis to better understand your customers and their purchase journey. Then you can test out new solutions to improve your business.
