Starting at age 18 months with Toddler Tunes and PreK music classes, I have something for everyone! Welcome to my studio! Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am a musician, music educator, creative and innovator. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Colorado State University. While at university I poured myself into piano performance, studying under Dr. Janet Landreth. After completi

ng my Music Therapy Internship in Albany, NY, where I worked with special needs children, I attended Covenant Theological Seminary. I am so proud of my students for working incredibly hard on their Romantic Era pieces! Their effort and love for the music paid off and they had the privilege of performing in the Winners Recital for the Romantic Series Competition, hosted by Columbine Music Teachers Association.

About Davina

Welcome to my studio! Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am a musician, music educator, creative and innovator. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Colorado State University. While at university I poured myself into piano performance, studying under Dr. Janet Landreth. After completing my Music Therapy Internship in Albany, NY, where I worked with special needs children, I attended Covenant Theological Seminary. While at seminary I met my husband, Kyle, and also earned a Master of Divinity. My niche of music flourished while in St. Louis as I had the opportunity to organize, plan and lead chapel services weekly at the seminary. It was during this time that I began teaching piano and guitar lessons. From 2014-2017 I was the PreK-8th grade General Music Teacher at Denver Christian School in Lakewood, CO. While at DCS I had the opportunity to teach group piano, guitar and ukulele and found that students thrive in the group setting.
