The first issue of the PA Musician Magazine was published in November of 1982 when Wh**ey Noll was 41 years old. In June of 2018 Josh Noll, age 43, took over being the publisher/editor of the PA Musician Magazine. 36 years of serving the music industry throughout Pennsylvania give Josh a call to help keep the legacy going 717.636.4203.
