Maureen and I attended our first Cicero–Plank Road Chamber of Commerce gathering today, and we really enjoyed getting involved and meeting more people from the local business community!

We had the opportunity to hear from the Cicero Police Chief and learn more about what’s happening in the community. It was great putting faces to names, making some new connections, and getting a better feel for everything the Chamber does locally.

As The American Dream Team at Howard Hanna, Maureen and I are looking forward to becoming more involved in the Cicero community and building relationships with the people and businesses that make this area such a great place to live and work.

And of course, we had to grab a picture to remember our first Chamber event! 📸

I spent a little time with Morris today at the PetSmart Adoption Center, and this guy is an absolute sweetheart. As you can see in the video, he was more than happy to soak up some pets and attention. 😻

Morris is an approximately 1-year-old neutered male orange kitty who loves people and toys and is looking for a home of his own.

🏡 Another step forward in serving my clients better!

I’m happy to share that I’ve earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification through the National Association of REALTORS®.

So what does that mean for my clients?

The PSA certification provides additional training in analyzing property values, understanding market conditions, interpreting comparable sales, and developing pricing strategies.

For buyers, that means helping you determine whether a home is priced appropriately and putting together an offer based on the market and the numbers — not just guessing.

For sellers, it means taking a closer look at comparable properties, current competition, market activity, and other factors when determining how to position your home.

Real estate decisions can involve a lot of money. My goal is to continue building my knowledge so I can give my clients better information when those decisions need to be made.
