Hello Teams

Thank ya'll for your patience this afternoon while we have worked on this issue. After much effort, we have arrived at an alternative location

Pedigo Park will not allow us to have Relay there tomorrow night. Livingston High School has graciously offered their facility at 400 FM 350S. It will not have the convenience that Pedigo Park has, but we can still RELAY and that's the important thing!

Here are a few things we will need to work around. There is limited lighting and no electrical hookups for each campsite. There is a company that has offered the use of a Power Source. These Power Sources have limited capacity so we are asking teams limit use of them to only power needed for food preparation. Please limit decoration lights. Please text Joel tonight or as early as possible in the morning to get information on getting the Power Source. 318-376-2859

Teams who have ordered tents for the City will still get them. The City will have them at LHS in the morning.

Teams may enter the school property ONLY after 4 pm to set up campsites. When you arrive check in with me at the TEAMS TENT. If you had 2 campsites, you will still have that much space. If you ordered tents from the City, they will be moveable, so I can be sure you have the 2 campsite space. Please check in with me before setting up your campsite. Unfortunately there is no time to make an assigned campsite map, so I'll ask for your patience as we are assigning spaces on a first come firs serve basis.

Please have your Parking Passes. After 3:30 pm only vehicles with these Parking Passes will be admitted n the back way. All others are asked to park from the 350 entrance.

Team Captains, if you will contact each of your team members and be sure they have all the necessary information. I'll also ask that you post on Facebook, Share it and ask others to also. It is going to take a lot of phoning, e-mailing, texting, or Facebooking to get the word out of this change in location.

Even with this last minute change, we can make this Relay work. It may be disappointing not to decorate, etc, but please keep in mind the reason we Relay ! Let's make the best of a situation we cannot control! Our efforts will help wipe out this terrible disease

Our team shirts are in!!! I'll have them at trades day, $15 for team members. Ordered a few extra, selling for $20 each to anyone not on the team who would like a shirt.

We will have a booth at Trades Day(Livingston) this weekend. Selling raffle tickets $2 each or 6 for $10 for a chance to win this awesome chair. We will also have a few crafts and baked goods. Come on out and show your support!

Relay 2015 will be here before we know it! If you haven't signed up to be on our team, please sign up soon. We have designed team shirts, but I need to know who wants one and what size. The number of shirts ordered will determine the price, I'm shooting for $15.00 each so that $2.00 each will go toward our goal. Comment with your size as soon as possible.
