🌟 Who We Are, Really 🌟

Someone asked me recently how I’d describe the life Bob and I live.
And the truth is simple:

We’re not perfect.
We’re not fancy.
We’re not trying to impress anybody.

We’re just two people who chose a life that feels real.

We travel because it makes our hearts open.
We laugh because humor gets us through everything.
We stay curious because the world is too big and too beautiful not to be.

We’re the kind of people who will sit and talk to a stranger like we’ve known them forever.
We don’t pretend life is perfect — we share the messy parts too.
We’ve lived enough life to know what matters… and what just doesn’t.

We aren’t chasing the world.
We’re collecting meaning — one mile, one laugh, one memory at a time.

And at the end of the day, we’re just human.
Beautifully, imperfectly human.

And honestly?
I wouldn’t trade this life for anything.

Bob and Barb

Bob and I have been married for over 30 years and have 2 beautiful adult daughters (Rachel and Rebecca). We have lived in rural Indiana for all of our married live. We have always been hard workers, self starters. We built, by ourselves, a beautiful log home overlooking our lake. We have both work for Corporate America for most of our lives. For the last few years, Barb walked away from Corporate America to work in jobs that helped small companies in the local area build their marketing brand and to be more hands on in our children's lives.

Our Family

Our oldest daughter Rachel married her soul mate Mike last year and is on her journey in life. Rebecca is a full time college student and full time worker. She is working on her degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing and will be a great hire for a company when she graduates. We raised both of our girls to be independent thinkers, strong and caring women.
