1015 AM 7/13/25: Quick map of 24 hour rainfall from the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) gauges showing the heavy rainfall across the Heartland, Hill Country, and Edwards Plateau. Several gauges in/near San Saba showed over 9 inches, with many others across the area in the 2 to 5 inch range. (this map doesn't include other areas that received rain around the Concho Valley for example since the LCRA doesn't have gauges this far northwest).

Of note, the shading are the drainage basins for the Colorado, San Saba, and Llano Rivers. You can see how much of the very heavy rainfall ended up in the San Saba River basin once again and why the San Saba River is flooding so quickly. The Llano (especially the North Llano River) is rising quickly as well from heavy rain near Sonora and will lead to flooding down the Llano towards Junction.
