Crazy night.
Power is out in many towns.
Extra patrols from PD, Sheriff, VFD and EMS are happening throughout the night.
Power is expected to be restored around 3AM, maybe as late as sunrise.

You know as well as we do, water rises quickly. Be smart, not a statistic.
