And just like that… WE ARE CLEAR TO CLOSE in FLORIDA!

This transaction had its twists, turns, changes, and challenges—but through it ALL, GOD remained faithful.

I had the privilege of serving on both the seller and buyer side of this transaction in Welaka, Florida, and I don’t take the trust placed in me lightly.

Skipping a home inspection can cost you far more than the inspection itself.

When you’re buying a home, especially as a first-time homebuyer, it can be tempting to cut costs wherever you can. But the home inspection is one step I do not recommend treating like an unnecessary expense.

A thorough home inspection can help identify concerns involving the roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, moisture, structural components, appliances, safety issues, and more.

And that inspection report gives your REALTOR® valuable information to help you understand what you’re purchasing and, depending on the contract and circumstances, potentially negotiate repairs, credits, or additional evaluations.

Saving a few hundred dollars upfront is not worth discovering a problem after closing that costs you thousands.

You should be enjoying your new home—not immediately paying for problems you could have known about before you bought it.

MIDWEEK ENCOUNTER WITH JESUS

Sometimes in the middle of the week, you just need to stop, quiet everything around you, and get back into the presence of God.

James 4:8 says, “Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.”

That is my prayer for this space—that we would come expecting, open our hearts to Jesus, and leave encouraged, strengthened, and reminded of who He is.

This is more than a midweek moment. It is an opportunity to pause, pray, worship, and encounter His presence.

Today, we made it to the closing table! God did it again!

This journey had its twists and turns, but we kept moving forward—and today my buyer officially gets to call herself a HOMEOWNER!

I’m so grateful she trusted me to walk alongside her, advocate for her, and help her navigate this process all the way to the finish line.

Another journey has made it to the closing table, and I’m so grateful that I was trusted to be a part of it.

Real estate isn’t always a straight road. There can be negotiations, unexpected obstacles, changes, delays, and moments when you simply have to keep pushing. But today, we get to celebrate the result:
