KBN-TV Supports our Veterans of the USS Liberty who were mercilessly bombed, napalmed, and then strafed while in the water on June 8, 1967. This despicable act of cowardice and treachery was committed by the state of Israel... with whom America was at "peace." The enemy was aware that it was an American ship with American sailors. A total of 34 Americans were killed and 171 wounded. The state of Israel has never accepted responsibility for intentionally firing on the American vessel and no one in the Israeli Defense Force ever had charges brought against them.

KBN-TV is currently airing this Public Service Announcement at no charge.
