I think AI is quietly ruining the internet. And I use it every single day in my business. 🩷 Both are true, and no, I’m not confused. 🤪 Here’s why!

It’s getting harder and harder to tell what’s real online, who actually wrote that, whose face is even real. If that makes you uneasy, me too. So here’s the one line that makes it all make sense for me: let AI touch your tasks, never your truth.

It can edit my video. But I don’t let it be me! My face, my voice, my story, my messy real life, all still 100% human. The only thing I hand over is the boring backend.

And the reason I use it isn’t to be online more. It’s to be online less, and back on the floor with my kids faster. You can side-eye AI in your daily life AND let it run the parts of your business you hate. Same values, two totally different jobs.

Save this for the next time someone makes you feel weird about using it. And tell me, where do you land on AI right now? 🩷 Are you a lover or a hater?

There was a whole 6 months I didn’t post a single thing. 🩷 NUM, my bakery, 6 years, a Costco brand, closed when my partners sold their business. I kept picking up my phone to explain and putting it back down because I felt like I needed to tell everyone I didn’t fail! Like businesses usually only close when the businesses are struggling but we weren’t. Which honestly made it even harder… One random Tuesday I just got more tired of hiding than scared of being seen. I picked the phone up anyway and started posting, kind of like nothing had happened haha. But I realized FINALLY you don’t owe anyone explanations about your life, you don’t need to defend yourself online, being brave enough to start something doesn’t make you a failure… even if it closes or fails. It makes you brave for trying!

Food for thought Friday and this one has been on my heart for a while!!! 💖🙏🏻

Has anyone else ever been told that they are too much or too nice or even fake just because they genuinely like making people feel good?! Because same!!! 😂🤍

I am an excitable person and I truly love complimenting people. I love making someone’s day with two seconds of kindness! And somewhere along the way that somehow started getting mistaken for being disingenuous, fake, and too much and I honestly do not understand it 😢 The people that know me know I LOVE complimenting people, and it’s something I’m teaching my kids! It takes one second to make someone’s day and it does nothing but make you happier too.

Im still figuring this one out, But what I do know is that being a kind human is never a bad thing!!! The world needs more of it not less, If you have ever felt this way just know you are not alone And keep being kind anyway!!! 🤍✨

Okay let’s chat real life for a minute because Every millennial mom I know right now is either pivoting, career confused, or just went through a huge life transition. And honestly?? Six months ago that was literally me!!!

After my baby I just knew I needed something that was completely mine. Something that fit MY life and not the other way around.
The thing is I had tried online marketing for years. On and off. On and off. Every single time I would get so frustrated feeling like everyone else had figured out some secret I just couldn’t crack… and I would quit.

So the plan was to go back to photography full time. I had literally JUST invested over $10,000 in brand new equipment!!! My hubby was sooo happy lolol. 🤪🤦I love photography always will. But the weekends away, the missed bedtimes, the schedule that never quite fit my real mom life???

So one night after the kids went to bed I started researching :) and some lady on the internet started talking about something called UGC. And I thought… hm. That sounds interesting.

I went ALL in. Invested in multiple coaches, Kept showing up on the slow weeks. Kept going when I questioned everything.

And then last week happened!!! I contracted $4,550 in ONE week. Over $400 an hour. Home with my babies the whole time!!! Yes it was hard, no it wasn’t quick but I’m sitting here thinking OH MY HELL I JUST DID THAT!

Welp… it’s time for my wellness era! Here we go! Haha baby making is over and I’m ready to LOCK IN 💖🙏🏻🤪😬 In the past I’ve been sooo used to lifting heavy but now I’m wondering if something a little less impact would be better to start? Where are all my fitness experts?? I’d love thoughts 💖
