Threshold Media Group was founded by Winston Davenport in 2001, when he was 18 years old. Originally called HolyFire Music, the company changed its name several years later to reflect the broad expansion of its collective, as well as the expansion of the company's vision. The transition also saw the addition of studio artist and engineer, Peter Hartzell.
