Anse Dr. Tamara Gray began her path of learning with someone whispering translations into her ear. She was lucky though, she lived in Damascus. Most of our daughters, sons, and grandchildren won't have that.

Books of sira, aqidah, fiqh, and history that shaped our Islamic tradition exist largely in Arabic. Rabata is working to change that by translating texts across the fields of Islamic learning so the next generation of students can read widely, learn deeply, and carry this knowledge forward.
