I hope many of you have had about this combo of MALT and MILK and our mind and heart has been feed on it that it gives Blood.
Now let me shock you, MALT AND MILK DONT GIVES BLOOD AS WE CLAIMS.
COMBO OF MILK AND MALT
Malt and milk is a popular combo. It is sweet, filling, and gives quick energy. Many of us grew up hearing it is good for blood.
But here is the honest truth: malt and milk will not give you blood.
Blood is not built from malt and milk. Blood is built from iron, folate, vitamin B12, protein, and other nutrients. Your body needs these to make hemoglobin, the part of blood that carries oxygen.
Malt and milk do contain some protein, some vitamins, and some minerals. But they do not contain enough iron or folate to treat anemia or boost your blood count in any meaningful way.
If you are weak, pale, dizzy, or tired, that could be anemia. And anemia needs real iron. It needs liver, beans, leafy greens like ugu and spinach, and it needs a doctor to check you properly.
Do not rely on malt and milk to fix a blood problem. Enjoy it as a drink if you like it. But do not mistake it for medicine.
