🌸🏡 The Denver Metro market is giving “busy season” energy right now… but buyers and sellers are moving a little differently than they did the last few years.

A few things we’re watching closely this month:
⬆️ Inventory is up over 17%
⬆️ Median closed price is still climbing
⬇️ Pending sales dipped slightly
⏳ Homes are averaging about 50 days in the MLS

Translation?
Buyers finally have more breathing room and options… while sellers need smart pricing, strategic marketing, and patience to stand out.

This market isn’t “bad” — it’s just requiring a different game plan than the chaos we saw a few years ago. And honestly? That’s where having the right team matters most. 👏
