In our program, we guide our students through an age/skill/strength - appropriate curriculum that challenges them. while providing ongoing opportunities to succeed, fail and learn.

This social event is for members, parents of students, partners of adult students, Grammies, Aunties - JOIN US!
Don’t have any/many friends at the gym yet? That’s the point! Have tons of friends at the gym? Great! Invite them to come with you!

Wear sweats or whatever’s comfy.
Bring a board (cheese, fruit, nuggets, tacos, whatever!)
Bring a favorite thing for a white elephant gift exchange

We are so excited to welcome our mid-season Jr. Coaching small group!

Our program is a pathway to leadership. We teach them about the power of infectious enthusiasm, we prepare them to praise and reinforce EFFORT over OUTCOME, introduce them to our educational philosophy “Tell. Show. Feel.“ Explore child development milestones for kids ages 3-4 and 5-6 and give them the tools they need to step onto the mats and use their voice to support younger / newer students as a Jr. Coach.

Guided by a written curriculum, the group sessions prepare our students for their 16 hours of on-mat practicals.

We believe that students rise to meet expectations. If we provide a path towards leadership, students who step up will begin to believe in their own potential. Early leadership sets kids up for confidence, self-belief, for embodying the qualities of a leader, and as a result, sets them up for future success.
