You can expect warm ups, positional training, drills and optional live rounds.

Led by , the weekly Women’s program is included for our members and can be accessed by new students and cross training Jiu Jiteras through a special $99 monthly membership.

We’re so proud of our comp team for their bravery today at in Denver! While the team is taking home a lot of shiny stuff, we’re most proud of their bravery, their sportsmanship, their camaraderie and the hard work they put in every single week.

Competition is a great way to test yourself. It’s a great way to see if your techniques work on a different mat, and to see where the holes are so we know what to work on when we get back in the lab.

Congratulations competitors! We’re so proud of you!
