We're at Dittmer's Service Inc. 11-2 and Five Cities Brewing 5-8 today, and it's a scorcher out here... but we still have a bunch of food to sell this week, so we can't just cancel and stay home! Best I can do is agree to be hot inside the truck if you all agree to be hot outside the truck, and we'll all just be a buncha hotties and get through it together 😆

We teamed up with Yoder Family Farms Duroc Pork for this one. It'll have two patties of local ground Duroc pork with seasoned beans sprouts between the patties, fresh cucumber and jalapeño, pickled root vegetables, hoisin, smoked Maggi/red pepper mayo, and cilantro

I'll get some photos tonight when we get up and running

We also have pastrami on rye tonight, and smoked reubens!
