Do you live for weekends ❓

•I don't and never have. But I'm looking at it right now.

You hear many successful entrepreneurs and business people talking about how you shouldn't look forward to the weekend for the reason that entrepreneurs and creators never stop and a break is not needed if you love what you do..truth to some of it but...

IF YOU love yourself it's ok to take a step back and reset..away from your constant focus and attention on success and progression.

The brain and body need to slow down in order to come back stronger and more focused.

Take time for YOURSELF regularly.
