Many of you ask why Cambodia is treated so unfairly by invidious news organizations and media websites based in the West, and yet there is a very simple explanation for all of this: Thailand is an ally of the United States, Israel and the UK; Cambodia is not.

Going back to at least the 1950s, the Anglosphere (UK/US/AU etc.) have seen Cambodian political independence as a threat; Thailand has seen Cambodia as a threat for hundreds of years. Therein was the mutual benefit between the two in working against Cambodia and weakening the Khmer population: This is why the US and Thailand put Lon Nol into power in 1970, and why Thailand and the US supported the Khmer Rouge regime from Poipet to the UN in 1979. A strong Cambodia is the last thing they want.

Because of this, the Mossad, CIA and MI6 will do whatever they can to weaken Cambodia in favour of Thailand, because they believe that hurting Cambodia is hurting Russia and China, and protecting Israel. That is why the BBC World News (British state propaganda) or CNN (incestuously tied to the US defense contractors) are only showing Thailand's side of the story.

If you are wondering why the media hates Cambodia and loves Thailand, that is the primary reason: they see it in their common interest to weaken Cambodia, since Thailand is a reliable vassal of the Western intelligence state, and can be trusted to carry out Western geopolitical interests.
