I love a good documentary and I love The Rocky Horror Picture Show, so of course I loved Strange Journey: The Story of Rocky Horror. Just a delightful and fascinating look at the history of the film and the play it's based on featuring interviews with several of the cast and crew. My only problem with it is it was too short! You can buy or rent this one on demand now. 🫦

Have you seen this underrated 90s horror gem? From director Tobe Hooper and based on a short story by Stephen King, The Mangler is a blood-soaked movie about a possessed industrial laundry machine. And I love it! But only when it's unrated.

So I actually haven't stopped thinking about Backrooms since I left the theater and I absolutely need to see it again. It's unnerving, effective, and I'm very excited for whatever Kane Parsons gives us next. Have you visited the backrooms yet?
