Over 20 years combined, of passion, dedication, and commitment to supporting the deep soulful house community in Los Angeles, Mo and Raul joined forces in February of 2012 to establish SHAKE. Loyal to the deep, soulful, authentic underground house sound, they dj/host these events, based in Long Beach. round scene, as well as provide a platform for djs is the goal. In the spirit of authentic house clubs, past and present, who have managed to become a hub, welcoming ALL types of people to congregate in the name of driving beats, funky baselines, soulful vocals, high hats, bongos and congas, and the art of live DJ mixing. Shake is about providing this same type of vibe you may be familiar with, miss, or unknowingly are searching for. Shake is an attempt to bridge OC music lovers (house-heads) with LA house-heads while helping build a Long Beach scene in between.
