5.23.14-Long Beach’s very own Joe Pizano will celebrate his birthday May 23rd at the most delicious nightlife party. He will throw a momentous birthday bash at 28 Degrees with a star-studded guest list and stellar DJ on the turntables. The stars of the night - besides the birthday boy (duh) – will be DJ Steve Gil Flores, hot gogo dancers, and Absolut Vodka. The party will be rocking, the drinks will be flowing and the place will be packed.

TONIGHT!!! Fans of classic house, soul, and funk music with a modern twist were treated to a phenomenal surprise once 28 Degrees opened their doors last year - a club truly built for the DJ. Not only did we knock it out of the park by signing up SoCal’s most prominent DJs to a residency –DJ Steve Gil Flores, DJ/Producer Dax Delgado, DJ Joey Avila and DJ Konrad Parker - but the consistency in our entertainment bookings is by far one of the best in CA. It's only the beginning for this young club, but we're excited to show you what we are bringing in 2014. If there's a centerpiece to the madness at 28 Degrees, it's the 6-foot golden falcon- a symbol that balances ludicrous imagination and grandiose sophistication.

In Long Beach 28 Degrees is the closest thing you can get to an actual West Hollywood club. What we like best about 28 Degrees is that there isn’t anything cheesy to it, like a strobe light or neon lazers zapping into your eyes. Instead you get soft shades that create a mood in the club that screams s*x.
