The Pass Christian Historical Society will hold its monthly luncheon on Monday, January 26, at noon. The month’s featured speaker will be Scott Tilton with the New Orleans Foundation for Fracophone Cultures. Tilton will speak on “Musiques – An Anthology of Louisiana Music in French and Creole.”

The Historical Society is located at 201 East Scenic Drive, and the cost for the luncheon is $15 for members and $17 for non-members. Reservations are needed by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 23. To make a reservation or for more information, call 228-452-7254, or email [email protected].

It is with great pleasure that Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) congratulates the following students on being named to the Fall 2025 President's List. The fall terms run from September to December.

Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.700 and above for the reporting term are named to the President's List. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits over each 16-week term or paired 8-week terms grouped in fall, winter/spring, and summer.

The Pass Christian Middle School robotics team showcased their innovation and teamwork at the recent VEXIQ Tournament held at St. Martin, competing against top teams from across South Mississippi and surrounding areas. This year’s challenge, titled “Mix and Match,” tested students’ problem-solving and engineering skills as robots worked together to collect, sort and stack colored blocks to score points in a fast-paced, collaborative match format.
