What an incredible day! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who came out to support our very first Quad City Fire Wire Touch A Truck!
Seeing thousands of smiling faces made all of the planning worth it. One little boy told us, "This is the best day ever because I got to touch and sit in a fire truck!" Another proudly said he wasn't there for the fire trucks at all—he came for the garbage truck! 😄 Moments like those are exactly why we put this event together.
Since this was our first-ever Touch-A-Truck, we know there are things we can improve, and we're already making notes for next year. If you had a less-than-perfect experience, we sincerely apologize. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we learn and grow. We promise to make next year's event even better!
