Manatee is interesting because activity is improving even while inventory remains elevated. Buyers are still purchasing, especially in desirable communities and newer homes, but they are taking their time and negotiating harder.

Seller Takeaway - Condition and presentation are critical. Buyers expect value and are less willing to overlook deferred maintenance or overpricing.

Homes that are aspirationally priced may sit. Strategic pricing and strong marketing matter more than ever.
