I for one am glad this failed. Not all who rest out there are homeless and I believe this was just another attempt to make it harder for those who already have it hard be it their fault or not.

The Longmont City Council voted 4-3 on Tuesday night against a controversial ordinance that would have banned sitting and lying down in commercial district
