Just a PSA before the season gets started! Kids should not be pigeonholed to one position in little league. Kids develop at different rates. My husband has coached high school sports for several years. He wants to develop our boys in the infield and outfield. My oldest main position is a catcher and he’s incredible behind the plate but he told him we have and amazing community full of amazing baseball players. You better learn to hit consistently and play every position because your “main” position may not be available. And that’s what my 14 year old did. He plays every position. My youngest plus multiple but not all. We want them to be able to go to either side of the field. Advocate for your kid! Make your kid work and grow! ⚾️ ⚾️

Every Christmas break there is magic. But also there is heartbreak. Our kids know true heartbreak and that’s devastating. Prayers for everyone who knows this pain. May you be able to find the joy during it all, and celebrate the lives who have gone on🤍
