I had a busy week of picking up prizes for our Boo Bag Giveaway which starts on October 1st!

I stopped by À La Cart Orlando and got a T-shirt for each bag and enjoyed a delicious burger from Smash Dunk!

I also did a little shopping at Sproutfitters Children's Resale Sanford and picked up a $5 coupon for each bag!

And today I stopped in at Pottery U Paint and British Swim School of Northwest Orlando - each had some goodies for the bags!

Yesterday at Young Chefs Academy of Maitland Hannah and her class made carrot soup and carrot cake cupcakes.

I just have to say that if I had put a bowl of carrot soup in front of Hannah at home, she would have looked at me crazy and definitely given a fight to try it.

But yesterday in class not only did she openly try the soup she made, she LIKED it. For moms with picky eaters, you know this was a huge win for us!

So besides learning amazing skills in the kitchen, she is trying new foods willingly!

If you have a little one interested in learning their way around the kitchen and new foods, you have to check it out! They have afterschool classes, homeschool classes and workshops! Step up recognizes as an elective and will reimburse (they are working on direct pay as well)!

I still can't get over how willing my picky girl was to try the new foods yesterday!

Hannah had a blast at Meta Humans last week! 🙌

Their group was given the prompt to create a business, and they built an Ice Cream Shop from the ground up. 🍦

They researched costs and profits, learned about what goes into starting a business, and then actually built a model of it! Using mini bricks, popsicle sticks, 3D-printed pieces, and paint, they created something amazing — now proudly on display in the lobby.

We love seeing how Meta Humans turns creativity into real-world skills through fun, hands-on projects like this one. It’s teamwork, problem-solving, and enrichment all rolled into one!
