Conflicts: Healthcare, health systems, healthcare insurance, Medicare Advantage plan(s), clinic(s), hospital(s) or medical center(s) that have been shown or otherwise used in the Counties of Miami-Dade and/or Broward, Florida, in the 12 months preceding the first date of Usage, AND (ii) MUST comply with the exclusivity requirement set forth below.
Usage / Run: Usage: TV + Digital x Usage will begin December 2025 thru January 2028, Southern Florida (Broadcast Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe County); World, solely with respect to non-paid media via internet and wireless/mobile. Air in local Florida markets in both English & Spanish language. ---- No Exclusivity.
Run: This commercial is only seasonal and is not intended to air throughout the entire year. It will only run during holiday season months for the years indicated. -
NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL REQUIRE BOTH ELIGIBILITY IN THE TERRITORY. THE TALENT WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A REPRESENTATION THAT HE/SHE/THEIR MEETS THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT. ---Territory: Southern Florida; World, solely with respect to non-paid media via internet and wireless/mobile. Eligibility Requirement – to be eligible to be hired for this Project the Talent (i) MUST NOT have booked any roles or appeared in any commercials or otherwise engaged in any promotional activities of any kind in the areas of healthcare, health systems, healthcare insurance, Medicare Advantage plan(s), clinic(s), hospital(s) or medical center(s) that have been shown or otherwise used in the Counties of Miami-Dade and/or Broward, Florida, in the 12 months preceding the first date of Usage, AND (ii) MUST comply with the exclusivity requirement set forth below. ----Additional Information Regarding the Eligibility Requirements: The Eligibility requirement is to ensure that the Talent has not booked any roles or appeared in any commercials or otherwise engaged in any promotional activities of any kind in the areas of healthcare, health systems, healthcare insurance, Medicare Advantage plan(s), clinic(s), hospital(s) or medical center(s) that have been shown or otherwise used in the Counties of Miami-Dade and/or Broward, Florida, in the 12 months preceding the first date of Usage.
Additional Provisions: Recognizability: Talent portraying Santa Clause will be in Santa hat, suit, full make-up, wig, beard, mustache and glasses. No Exclusivity.
Project Synopsis: Santa arrives at a Leon Medical Center to spread some cheer. As he approaches, he hears laughter and music. He peeks through the window to find the patients, doctors, nurses and staff celebrating and having a great time. He realizes he in a celebratory way that he is not needed there and moves on to other places that could use some of his cheer.
Additional Project Details: Local hires to Miami only.
Project Rate / Payment Summary: $600/day (12hrs) + $4500 usage all + 20% AF
