My chive plant is in full bloom 💜
The flowers are edible and have a mild onion-like flavor. You can use as a garnish or add to soups, salads, potatoes, and cream sauces. Also great when put into butter, cream cheese, and biscuits too! I want to make a chive blossom infused vinegar this year!
