WHERE IS JASPER? Believed to have been taken from Chattanooga,TN to GERMANY by maternal grandfather and stepgrandmother! Temporary custody had been issued but was withdrawn and now jasper has been missing for a year!

***MISSING JUVENILE AND INFANT*** PHILADELPHIA, PA
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Shamya Johnson-Parker, and her 5-month-old child, Salu Isreal. Shamya was last seen by her mother during the early morning hours of November 28, 2025, at approximately 2:00 AM, when she left the residence in Philadelphia, PA, through the rear door in an unknown direction following a dispute. Shamya was last seen wearing a blue wig, a grey sweatsuit, and a tan North Face jacket. She is known to frequent several areas across the city, including West Cumberland Street and North Camac Street, and was most recently believed to be in the Ruscomb Street area. Anyone with information on the mother and child’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Northeast Detective Division at 215-686-3153 or call 911.

Officers are searching for a woman who cut off her Department of Corrections monitoring bracelet and left a group home Saturday night.

Morgan Geyser was last seen in the area of Kroncke Dr. around 8 p.m. with an adult acquaintance. Her whereabouts are unknown as of Sunday morning.

The Madison Police Department was notified of her disappearance Sunday morning.

A recent image of Geyser, captured on security video from this past month, is attached below. If you see her, please call 911.

This young lady, like so many, was failed by many individuals who were supposed to love and protect her unconditionally!!!

Update: safely located

Sean Kelley is a schizophrenic man who was in a manic episode when he ran from an ambulance after being transported to Moccasin Bend psychiatric facility on November 16th, 2025. He never made it into the hospital, and he has not been seen or heard from since.

His mother is very concerned and states that he has no resources other than the clothes on his back, which include a black hoodie, jeans, and black shoes.

Sean is a 22-year-old Caucasian male 5' 10", 120 lbs, with dark brown curly hair and brown eyes.

If you see him, use caution as he may be easily startled.

Chattanooga, TN resident missing from Atlanta after hospital stay

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A woman from Tennessee has been reported missing in Atlanta, according to police.

Police said Jennifer Castro-Galeano, 25, was last seen leaving Grady Hospital on Oct. 5. According to police, Castro-Galeano was supposed to return home to Chattanooga, Tennessee, but never made it back.

Castro-Galeano is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs around 135 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes, according to police.
