I lost 20 pounds and didn’t count a single calorie.
I used to believe weight loss had to be hard.Track every bite. Measure everything. Push harder, eat less.
So I did what every woman is told to do: More discipline. More workouts. More “healthy” foods.
Because that’s what wellness says success looks like.
But here’s the truth: → I was exhausted → My joints still ached → I was constantly bloated → And I was starting to resent my body
I had the weight loss. But I didn’t have peace. No clarity. No energy. No real trust in my body.
It hit me the night I skipped dinner again… and still couldn’t sleep. I realized: This isn’t health. This is burnout.
So I asked myself: “What if I stopped trying to control everything… and started supporting my metabolism instead?”
I changed everything: → I stopped skipping meals → I focused on mineral-rich, whole foods → I started listening to what my body was asking for
Now? → I maintain my weight without restriction → I sleep through the night → I feel clear, strong, and in control of my own health again
If you’re stuck chasing weight loss that leaves you depleted, ask yourself: “Is this actually working for the me I am now?”
I help women 40+ reset their metabolism, lose weight naturally, and feel like themselves again.
