We are excited to announce that Eric Fallon has been named the new Executive Director of YMCA Camp Ihduhapi! 🍁
Eric’s connection to the Y began in 2010 as a summer counselor at Christmas Tree (CCT), and over the years he has built a remarkable leadership journey across our Adventure programs. From teen development at the Ridgedale YMCA to 10 summers leading Day Camp Ihduhapi—growing enrollment from 800 to over 2,000 campers—Eric has shaped countless experiences for youth, families, and staff.
Most recently serving as Interim Executive Director, Eric brings deep camp knowledge, strong community commitment, and a genuine love for Ihduhapi, where he has spent over a decade building relationships and strengthening traditions.
Please join us in congratulating Eric as he steps into this important role and continues leading the Ihduhapi community forward!
