Now this has got interesting, ladies and gentlemen.
Labour MPs accusing Shabana Mahmood of going back on her word, that really takes the biscuit, does it not? Basically they are accusing the Home Secretary of lying and withholding information about granting permanent residency, a policy she said she would change, pushing the qualifying period from five to ten years.
Hundreds of thousands were about to qualify for permanent status, benefits, housing, NHS access. New Home Office rules have just come out and that promise has vanished into thin air. Now her own lot are turning on her, saying she has reneged, it is hilarious really. They are imploding, desperate, have not got a clue how to handle it.
Even Angela Rayner called it unBritish, Tories say Labour bottled it. Chris Philp says every working day more than a thousand people get permanent residency and straight onto full benefits, about thirty grand a year each including health and housing. That is three million a day, a billion a year at current rates and it is rising. We simply cannot afford it.

Hundreds of English lads in black, faces covered, marched down to our port this morning and blocked it. No more migrants, they said. They have had enough of demographic replacement and wide open borders.
The government, Labour, that bloke from Birmingham who fancies himself as Prime Minister, and Mike Tapp the local MP, all clutching their pearls, feigning shock, disgusting, how dare they interrupt daily life. The police tried to kettle thousands of patriots and just got walked straight through.
Dover is English. Dover is Kent. English law still applies, as far as I know. Old common law, keep the King's peace, raise the hue and cry when something is wrong. That is exactly what they did, they raised the alarm.
England is not no man's land. Institutions that ignore that are failing the country they serve. Police are there to keep order, not to facilitate invasion and treason.
On the main road to the A20 and M20 traffic is at a standstill, police outnumbered, resources wasted.
Same in Middlesbrough, residents out on the streets to block illegal immigration. People have had enough. You push and push and eventually folk use their freedom of assembly and freedom of speech because they care about their patch.
