I am at a loss for words.
I've spent the past four hours trying to get this off, and I am not sure how to move forward.
I started with an oil filter wrench, which immediately pierced it and crushed the filter.
I attempted to use a hammer and screwdriver to twist it off because the wrench wouldn't budge it, and that barely moved it.
I've been trying to chisel it loose with a hammer and screwdriver, and it still hasn't moved. Here we are.
The O-ring was oiled during the last oil change and was hand-tight. I do not own air tools or a welder.
Any words of advice?🤧

When a $490.88 Bill Gets a $0.00 Tip.
I don’t usually make posts like this, but last night was one for the books. You ever have a dinner where the service completely ruins the whole experience? That was us. For a final Check Total of $490.88, we received one of the worst service performances I've ever witnessed
From the heavy sighs the second we sat down to the eye-rolling when we asked about the menu, our waitress acted like we were a massive inconvenience. She took our order like a chore, snapped when I politely asked for silverware, and basically tossed the plates down.
The way she hovered with the check before we were even halfway done eating made it clear she just wanted us gone. And based on the $98.18 20% tip suggestion at the bottom, she was expecting a massive gratuity.
The verdict? We paid the $490.88 check total but left $0.00 for the tip. Good service earns a good tip; bad service earns nothing.

Body shop quoted me $3,500 to fix this quarter panel... are they smoking something? It’s an old car! I was thinking $15...

Unacceptable stairing when asked for random?
I specifically asked for "random" to avoid "H" and other patterns, and this is what it looks like. 6' boards. LVP. Seems like pretty obvious stairing and not random, and there's no directional break.
Also in the single most visible stretch of our house where we won't have a rug (continues the opposite direction to our kitchen).

Thoughts? Am I being unreasonable? I haven't said anything at this point, just noticed after I got home tonight.

I hired a plumber to fix a leak and he left my ceiling looking like this !! He told me 'I turn wrenches, I don't slap mud' and that closing the hole is my problem? Excuse me? You opened it, you close it! I am refusing to pay his $600 invoice until this is smooth and painted. Am I the bad guy here?? 😡

I hired a plumber to fix a leak and he left his work unfinished like this He claimed he 'doesn't do drywall' and that I need to hire a separate contractor to patch it?? I’m sorry, but if you open it, you close it. I’m refusing to pay his $350 invoice until this is smooth and painted.

Help… does anyone have any suggestions? We’re feeling pretty desperate. Our neighbors behind us had this delivered on Friday, and we live in a small town with no restrictions in place.
We just started renovations on our porch last week, and now I’m tempted to put a ‘For Sale’ sign out front. 😩
Any advice or ideas for how to handle or work around this would be so appreciated—thank you!
