Going Carnivore completely fixed my dog and spring allergies. Life is great to not have to sneeze and dab my eyes all the time🥹🐾

as crazy as this sounds, in the past six years of eating a carnivore diet, I have never ever gotten the flu. When my husband gets sick, I kiss him MORE on purpose just to see what would happen to my immune system. I never get full-blown sickness and at most will have a bit of a dry throat. It’s crazy how much Tylenol and Zyrtec I would need to take when I used to be vegan just to combat my weak immune system and allergies to everything. 🤯

CARNIVORE SOUFFLÉ PANCAKE

Ingredients:
-4 eggs, separate into whites and yolks
-1 tbsp gelatin powder (for the bounce and fluff!)
-2 tbsp collagen powder (optional but extra healthy)
-Butter or animal fat for cooking

Directions:

-whip the egg whites with gelatin powder until stiff peaks form.

-Mix the Yolks:
Add collagen powder to the egg yolks and mix until combined.

-Fold Together:
Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped whites to create a smooth but fluffy batter

-Heat a pan or skillet over low to medium heat and add butter or animal fat.

-Scoop batter into the pan and cook each side until golden brown.

-make sure the pan is completely closed with a lid.

-I typically cook each side for six minutes maximum on low heat.

-Serve with butter, whipped cream, cinnamon, and ENJOY!!☺️🥞

My mom’s 63. Here’s her BEST skin-loving recipe! ⬇️

For as long as I can remember, my mom has always loved making collagen-rich bone broth, soups, and stews for herself and her four kids. Although she used to serve it for me with a big bowl of white rice there was always plenty of meat on the table at every single meal.

My mom loves using oxtail, pork feet and chicken feet for her broth to make sure that it is the most gelatinous and collagen rich. This is how you can have the amazing jiggly Jell-O when you chill it overnight there’s no difference in nutrition if you enjoy it hot or chilled.

Mom’s Easy Bone Broth Recipe:

-Oxtail, chicken feet, and pig feet are the most collagen rich cuts to use

-throw it into your instant pot and cover it with just enough water

-OPTIONAL: add diced onion, carrot, tomato for extra flavor

-season and salt how YOU like

-pressure cook on high for 50 minutes and let pressure naturally release

-enjoy hot or chilled over night as a meat jello!!

Comment “WOW” if you would love to try my creamy clean carnivore ice cream recipe 🍦��Carnivore Ice Cream Recipe:

Ingredients:
-1 pint (2 cups) heavy whipping cream (raw or pasteurized, clean ingredients)
-5 egg yolks (use 4 for slightly less creamy/fatty ice cream)
-½ cup salt (for the ice bath, not for eating)�-optional flavorings: vanilla/your favorite sweetener of choice
-Ice cubes��-NO ICE CREAM MACHINE needed with this technique!

Instructions:

-Prepare the Ice Bath by filling a large bowl halfway with ice cubes.

-Sprinkle ½ cup of salt over the ice and mix well

-Place a smaller metal bowl inside the large bowl of ice to chill.

-Separate 5 egg yolks from the whites (reserve whites for another use)

-Pour 1 pint of heavy whipping cream into the small metal bowl.

-combine the yolks and cream in small metal bowl

-Mix on the lowest setting for 10 minutes with a handheld mixer (or whisk manually for 15 minutes) ��-If adding vanilla or sweetener, add them now. 1/2 cup of sweetener will suffice.��-Mix on the lowest setting for another 5 minutes if you added flavorings

-Cover both bowls with a towel and transfer the ENTIRE setup to the freezer.

-Freeze for 45 minutes.

-Remove from freezer and mix again to break down ice crystals. Mix for 5 minutes

-Final Freezing:

-Transfer the mixture to a glass Pyrex bowl with cover

-Freeze for 2 hours for soft serve or 4 hours for firmer ice cream and ENJOY!
