A 15-year-old girl, Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose body was discovered in a Tesla registered to singer D4vd (David Anthony Burke), is at the center of a growing investigation. Despite social media calls for his arrest, authorities have not taken any legal action against him so far.
Experts explain that the lack of an arrest is not unusual under these circumstances. Before naming suspects, law enforcement must establish the cause and manner of d*ath through an autopsy. If the d**th turns out to be due to natural causes or su++*de (rather than hom***de), it changes the entire legal framework of the case.
Because the remains were decomposed, forensic processing is more complex and slower. Investigators are reportedly gathering DNA, fingerprints, communication data, and other physical evidence from D4vd’s residence.
