2 years ago; after just visiting Laredo, I found a local band doing a record release party. Without hearing a note, I went to iTunes and purchased “Noches De Terror” by Laredo’s own; Honeyrot. Not only did the album BLOW me away with how great it was, but then meeting the band they are all amazing guys and getting to know them, they are now like family!! This is the second anniversary of their debut album, and of being a HUGE fan and friend and brother of theirs!! Happy Albumaversary to Honeyrot, aka Jorge, Felix, and the best producer in the south; Rey!!! Love you guys!!! So happy for all of your success!!

Another child hood musician lost… if u we’re anywhere with ears in the mid/late 80’s you were rockin with Great White.. one bitten twice shy .. these guys had SO many great songs, but THIS one was their biggest hit and was everywhere when it came out and it sucks that he’s gone.. RIP Mr. Russell
