EDIT: counters are not staying, appliances will be stainless steel. I also don’t love painting cabinets, but I don’t have a choice because of how the kitchen needs to be extended.

Which paint looks the best with this blue wallpaper? It's for our guest bathroom.

No 1 is SW guild grey - grey with blue undertone
No 2 is SW lambs wool - we thought it goes with the gold in the wallpaper
No 3 is BM misty blue - white with blue undertone (we thought this will be darker than the actual sample..we were shocked how white it looks 😳)

I decided to use my laundry room as a trial run for painting cabinets in my house, after seeing many fun ideas on the Tedooo app. I used wood filler to lessen the wood grain, added trim by ripping down MDF boards, and changed to euro pulls. Cabinet Paint Color: Hale Navy / Benjamin Moore Advance/Semi Gloss (in hindsight I would have used something with less gloss, but I wanted them to be easily wiped down) Walls: Modern Beige (SW) matched by Benjamin Moore Eggshell The before is messy, but when you don’t enjoy being in a room you don’t want to spend much time there! This was definitely a learning experience. There are some flaws but you guys will never see them 😉 Credit: Pam Haskew Brunson, via the Tedooo app

Excuse the clutter I'm in the process of moving. I'm moving into a new home that has the same entryway. I have an escape artist that thinks it's fun to play tag so I have to have something block him as I'm opening up the door for packages to just leaving to go pick up mail. I can't do a retractable screen because he'll claw it and climb it. What would you suggest to make the hallway feel less like I'm walking into prison? And my backdoor is a sliding glass door and I have no ability to block that off. I'd love to hear suggestions.
I swear I'm a good kitty mommy it's just he knows that if he bolts I am relentless and run after him because he's not so smart and will dash into traffic.
