Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rice, preferably a day old
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Chinese sausages, thinly sliced
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mixed vegetables (like peas, carrots, and corn)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Directions:

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of cooking oil. Fry the Chinese sausages until slightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
Sauté the onions and garlic in the pan until translucent.

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Greek yogurt, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Directions:
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups pecans, chopped
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, cream 1 cup butter and 2 cups sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in milk and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture.
Fold in 1 cup pecans.
Pour into prepared pans and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
