- we are still awaiting for the response from our provider, the server hardware is currently in off-state due to issue.

Compensation will be sent once the issue is resolved.

* Critical Maintenance:
OVHcloud will be carrying out work on the electric connector of our server. As a result, our services experience downtime.

A support ticket has already been raised with our hosting provider, and our network administrator will provide an update once the issue has been resolved. The ticket for our server remains in the queue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

If the issue persists after 24–48 hours, we will consider temporarily migrating to an alternative hosting provider to minimize disruption.

Compensation will be send to all the account; once the issue is resolved.
